The Fabulous Freebirds (Michael Hayes, Jimmy Garvin, & Badstreet)
defeated Tommy Rich & The Junkyard Dog on 06/03/91 in a handicap match
in Birmingham, Alabama to win the titles.
Co-champion Ricky Morton did not appear for
this match, continuing his strange behavior that saw him turn heel later
in the week.
Dustin Rhodes, Tom Zenk, & Big Josh defeated The Fabulous Freebirds
(Michael Hayes, Jimmy Garvin, & Badstreet) on 08/05/91 in St. Joseph,
Missori to win the titles.
The York Foundation (Terrence Taylor, Thomas Rich, & Richard Morton)
defeated Dustin Rhodes, Tom Zenk, & Big Josh on 10/08/91 in Montgomery,
Alabama to win the titles.
The York Foundation trio are the final champions.
WCW abandoned the Six-Man Tag Team Titles in November
1991.
