Features Kevin Sullivan walking out of an interview after Gene Okerlund revealed a video tape from someone Sullivan "knows very well" was received.  Jeff Jarrett asked Ric Flair for membership in the Four Horsemen, before brawling with Arn Anderson.  The Horsemen argued amonst each other about Jarrett's potential membership.  It was announced that Jushin Liger defeated Ultimo Dragon for the J-Crown Championship in Tokyo, Japan.  The WCW Cruiserweight Title was not on the line, however.  The Giant hit the ring to attack Hulk Hogan & the nWo, but was overwhelmed.  Sting made the save, whispered something to Giant, and watched as he fought off the nWo.

1.  Glacier pinned Bobby Eaton after "Cryonic Kick".

2.  Konan defeated Bubba Rogers in a "Mexican Four Corners Strap Match" when Konan fell backwards and touched the fourth corner after Rogers punched him.

3.  Jeff Jarrett pinned Arn Anderson, using the ropes for leverage, after a swinging neckbreaker.

4.  WCW Television Champion Lord Steven Regal fought Jim Duggan (substituting for Dallas Page) to a time-limit draw.  Kevin Nash and Syxx did commentary for this match, running off the other announcers.  They said Page was having dinner with Scott Hall.

5.  Hugh Morrus pinned Jim Powers after the "No Laughing Matter" moonsault.

6.  Rey Mysterio, Jr. pinned Psychosis with a springboarding victory roll off the top rope.

6.  Kevin Sullivan pinned Chavo Guerrero, Jr. following the Tree of Woe and a double stomp to the stomach.

7.  WCW U.S. Champion Eddie Guerrero pinned Alex Wright with a frog splash.  Syxx came to ringside and sat atop a ladder set up in the entranceway.  Guerrero chased him away afterwards.

Features a match between Super Calo and Jim Duggan being cancelled after Sting delivered the "Scorpion Death Drop" to Duggan for challenging him to "Be a Man!"

2.  Chris Jericho pinned Sgt. Craig Pittman after a missle dropkick.

3.  Harlem Heat defeated High Voltage when Booker T. pinned Kaos after a missle dropkick with Kaos on Stevie Ray's shoulders.

4.  Dallas Page pinned Mark Starr following a Diamond Cutter.  After the match, Kevin Nash & Scott Hall came to the ring, with Nash throwing Page and nWo shirt and hugging him.  Page gave Hall a "Diamond Cutter" when Nash turned his back.  Nash charged Page but was sent over the top rope, crashing into a table.  Page escaped through the crowd. This was Dallas Page's official face turn.

5.  Dean Malenko pinned WCW U.S. Heavyweight Champion Eddie Guerrero in a non-title match after powerbombing him off the ropes when Eddie was distracted by Syxx, who came to ringside.

6.  Konan pinned Super Calo after the "187" DDT.

7.  Jeff Jarrett pinned Chris Benoit (with Woman) after Steve McMichael accidentally hit Benoit in the back with the metal suitcase when trying to get it out of Debra's hands, and Jarrett moved out of the way.  After the match, Benoit, McMichael, Debra, Woman, and Arn Anderson all yelled at each other.

8.  Scotty Riggs pinned Billy Kidman with a fisherman's suplex.  Marcus Bagwell scouted the match from the entrance area.

9.  Lex Luger defeated Rick Fuller via submission with the Human Torture Rack.

10.  Rick Steiner defeated Arn Anderson by count-out when Arn left the ring to confront the arguing Horsemen in the backstage area.

11.  The Giant defeated WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan via disqualification when the nWo interfered as The Giant was about to chokeslam Hogan.  WCW began this match at the very end of "WCW Monday Nitro" and showed the remaining portions of the match (which weren't live) during the commercials for the TNT debut of "Robin Hood: The Series" after Nitro went off the air.

Features Arn Anderson upset at Woman & Debra causing distractions for the Four Horsemen.

1.  Chavo Guerrero, Jr. pinned J.L. following a moonsault.

2.  Konnan fought Bubba Rogers to a double-countout in a "First to Touch Four-Corners" chain match.  During the bout, the chain became a problem as it would not stay attached to either man's wrist, perhaps leading to an improvised finish.

3.  WCW Television Champion Lord Steven Regal defeated Psychosis via submission with the Regal Stretch.

4.  Rick Steiner pinned Mike Enos after a bulldog off the top rope.

6.  Jim Duggan pinned The Gambler punching him with a taped-up fist.

7.  Bobby Eaton pinned Disco Inferno after a swinging neckbreaker.  Once again, Inferno was unsuccessful in applying his new leglock submission, although he brought a "cheat sheet" to the ring to help.

- The match between WCW U.S. Champion Eddie Guerrero and Syxx never officially started as both ben brawled to the backstage area before the bell rang.  Referee Nick Patrick brought the U.S. title belt backstage.

8.  Maxx Muscle defeated Mark Starr.

9.  The Barbarian (with Meng) defeated Arn Anderson by DQ when Jeff Jarrett interfered after Barbarian hit the Mafia Kick on Anderson.  Jarrett attempted to take on The Faces of Fear himself but was overwhelmed.  Anderson was about to save Jarrett with a steel chair, but Chris Benoit came to ringside and talked him out of it.

10.  Lex Luger defeated Scott Norton by submission via Torture Rack.

01-20-97, The United Center, Chicago, Illinois

Features Randy Savage holding up the show until seeing a person with power to explain his being "blackballed" from WCW.  Savage attacks Chavo Guerrero, Jr., Maxx, Alex Wright, Head of Security Doug Dillenger, and a referee until Sting confronted the "Macho Man".  Sting pointed his bat as Savage, turned his back, and then exited through the crowd with Savage by his side.  Features the nWo taking over the commentary booth before the 7th match, with Eric Bischoff noting that the nWo were changing around the lineup for the show.  Hollywood Hogan insulted The Giant, only to be confronted by him as the show ended.  Ric Flair cut a promo with Bob Provert of the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks, stating that Provert was going to make a future appearance with the Horseman.

1.  Chris Jericho pinned Alex Wright by countering Wright's attempted German suplex into a forward roll and leghook.

2.  Scotty Riggs defeated nWo Sting via disqualification when the nWo (without Hogan, Nash, Hall, and Syxx) interfered.

3.  Arn Anderson & Steve McMichael (with Debra McMichael) defeated WCW U.S. Champion Eddie Guerrero and Jeff Jarrett when Debra McMichael threw in her "Queen of WCW" sash to make the referee stop the match while Anderson had Jarrett locked in a Boston Crab.  Guerrero left the match to chase the interfering Syxx away from ringside.  After the bout, a Four Horsemen interview with Flair, Anderson, McMichael, Benoit, Woman, and Debra was conducted.  Flair said the past incarnations of the Horsemen were stronger because they lacked females.  Flair told Benoit and McMichael to get their acts together.

4.  WCW Cruiserweight Champion Ultimo Dragon pinned Dean Malenko with a La Majistral cradle.

5.  Lord Steve Regal defeated Jacques Rougeau (with Col. Robert Parker) by disqualification when Col. Parker interfered.

6.  Kevin Sullivan (with Jimmy Hart) pinned Chris Benoit when Benoit's head struck the ringbell that Jimmy Hart had thrown to Sullivan as Benoit was executing the flying headbutt.

7.  Jim Duggan pinned Carl Ouelette after hitting him with a taped-up fist.

8.  Masahiro Chono defeated David Taylor via submission with the STF, with Taylor "tapping out".

2.  Scotty Riggs pinned Mike Enos after a flying forearm.

3.  Chris Jericho, Chavo Guerrero, Jr., & Super Calo defeated Konan, J.L., & La Parka when Jericho pinned J.L. after a "Super Frankensteiner" off the top rope.

4.  Harlem Heat defeated The Renegade & Joe Gomez when Booker T pinned The Renegade after the "Heatseeker".

5.  Masahiro Chono pinned Alex Wright after a Mafia Kick.

6.  WCW U.S. Champion Eddie Guerrero pinned Scott Norton after a frogsplash after Dallas Page interfered and hit Norton with the "Diamond Cutter".  Nick Patrick was forced to count the three on the knocked out Norton, the first time he did this to an nWo member.

7.  Chris Benoit pinned Kevin Sullivan in a "Falls Count Anywhere" match after Woman hit Sullivan in the head with a chair and Benoit pinned him in the ring.  The match spilled into the crowd and the men's room, with Sullivan at one point throwing Benoit through two flights of stairs.  Benoit hit Sullivan with another chair shot after the match.

8.  The Steiner Brothers defeated Jacques Rougeau & Carl Oulette when Scott pinned Ouelette after Rick hit the top-rope bulldog.

9.  Lex Luger defeated Scott Hall by disqualification when Kevin Nash and Syxx interfered.  The Steiner Brothers made the save for Luger.

01-25-97 - The Five Seasons Center - Cedar Rapids, Iowa

The WCW wrestlers came to the ring with no music and degrading introductions.  A "Miss nWo" pageant was held, with an older, larger woman selected to be "Miss nWo".  She was given a bouquet, walked around the ring, and sat on the "throne", which was a toilet seat.

1.  Masahiro Chono pinned Chris Jericho after the Mafia Kick.  During the match, Harlem Heat, Meng, The Barbarian, Sister Sherri, Steve McMichael, Debra McMichael, Arn Anderson, Brian Knobbs, and referee Randy Anderson took their seats in the crowd.

2.  Bubba Rogers defeated Hugh Morrus in a "Death Match" when Morrus couldn't answer the 10-count after Rogers ran him over with a motorcycle.

3.  Jeff Jarrett pinned M. Wallstreet after Steve McMichael interfered and hit Wallstreet with his steel briefcase and intimidated referee Nick Patrick into making the three-count.

4.  "Buff" Bagwell pinned Scotty Riggs after debuting the "Buff Blockbuster".

5.  Scott Norton defeated Dallas Page by countout after the nWo interfered and offered Page "one last chance" at membership, but Page delivered a "Diamond Cutter" to Norton and ran off after feigning interest in joining.

6.  The Steiner Brothers defeated WCW World Tag Team Champions Scott Hall & Kevin Nash to win the titles after Scott Steiner pinned Hall following Rick's top rope bulldog.  This title change was nullified the next evening by WCW/nWo Executive Eric Bischoff due to an unassigned referee (Randy Anderson) interfering and making the pin count when Nick Patrick was knocked out.

7.  WCW U.S. Champion Eddie Guerrero defeated Syxx in a Ladder Match to retain the title after both wrestlers grabbed the title belt, and Guerrero knocked Syxx to the ground by hitting him with the belt.

8.  WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan fought The Giant to a no-contest after nWo referee Nick Patrick refused to count following The Giant's chokeslam on Hogan and the nWo interfered and attacked The Giant.  The Giant chokeslammed nearly the entire nWo until Hogan hit him with a guitar.  They then spraypainted the "nWo" letters on him.

01-27-97, Veterans Memorial Auditoriom, Des Moines, Iowa

- Eric Bischoff, Scott Hall, and Kevin Nash set at the announcer's table for this "nWo Nitro" episode.  Bischoff brought out referee Randy Anderson and fired him for accepting a free ticket to nWo Souled Out.  Bischoff brought out The Steiner Brothers and stripped them of the WCW World Tag Team Titles, handing them back to The Outsiders, and suspending the Steiners' pay for six months.  A tape of Hollywood Hogan losing to Piper was played, but Bischoff stopped it and destroyed the tape, telling Tony Schiavone "Don't you ever do that again!"  Gene Okerlund interviewed The Four Horsemen, who claimed to have their act together.  Sting & Randy Savage were seen in the rafters above the arena.  A telegram arrived, announcing Hogan Vs. Piper was signed for the WCW World Title at SuperBrawl VII.

1.  The Steiner Brothers defeated Meng & The Barbarian when Scott pinned Barbarian with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex.

2.  The Giant pinned Roadblock after the Chokeslam.

3.  Jeff Jarrett defeated WCW U.S. Champion Eddie Guerrero via disqualification when Steve McMichael interfered and hit Jarrett with the metal briefcase to show Debra that "he wears the pants in the family!"

4.  Ultimo Dragon (with Sonny Onoo) pinned Billy Pearl with a Tiger Suplex.

5.  Lex Luger defeated Ron Powers via submission with the Torture Rack.

10.  Hugh Morrus pinned Chris Benoit (with Woman) after the "No Laughing Matter" moonsault when Benoit was taken down by a Kevin Sullivan chairshot.  The referee was distracted by the debuting Miss Jacqueline, who jumped the guard rail and attacked Woman.  After the match, Gene Okerlund interviewed Kevin Sullivan and Jimmy Hart, who revealed Miss Jacqueline was who Sullivan chose Woman over 10 years ago.  Miss Jacqueline verbally attacked Woman and Debra McMichael.

11.  The Giant defeated WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan by disqualification when The Outsiders interfered.  Lex Luger made the save, wearing a large t-shirt, teasing a possible nWo turn.  The Outsiders motioned for Luger to attack Giant, but he didn't, and stood by his side as the show ended.

01-31-97, Memorial Hall

It was announced that The Nasty Boys were not there to compete due to injury.  Kansas City legend Harley Race was introduced to the crowd.

1.  The Renegade pinned Terry Taylor.

2.  Syxx & Vincent defeated High Voltage (Rage & Kaos) when Vincent made the pin after Syxx delivered a spinkick.

3.  WCW Television Champion Lord Steven Regal pinned Alex Wright, using the ropes for leverage..

4.  Jeff Jarrett defeated Bubba Rogers.

5.  Lex Luger & The Giant defeated Meng & The Barbarian when The Giant finally came to the ring at the conclusion of the match and chokeslammed Barbarian for the pin.

Hollywood Hogan claimed he'd defend the WCW Title against Roddy Piper during the show.  Backstage, Lex Luger was seen on the ground as Kevin Nash & Scott Hall were wielding lead pipes.  Gene Okerlund interviewed Kevin Sullivan, Miss Jacqueline, Konnan, and Jimmy Hart, with Konnan claiming he'd finish Benoit off.  Roddy Piper came to the ring with his young son and turned down the title shot.  The nWo came to the ring.  Piper "admitted" that Hogan had beat him and that Hogan was the bigger "icon" so that he and his son could leave.  As they left, Hogan smacked Piper on the back of the head.  Piper snapped and attacked Hogan and Bischoff, and accepted the title match for SuperBrawl VII.

1.  Ultimo Dragon (with Sonny Onoo) pinned Ray Mendoza, Jr. with a Tiger Suplex.

2.  Glacier pinned Billy Kidman with a "Cryonic Kick" when Kidman jumped off the top rope.

The nWo took over the announcer's booth.  Bischoff brought out fired WCW referee Randy Anderson.  Anderson brought his wife and two kids with him and begged for his job back. Bischoff first told the kids to "tell their daddy he was still fired."  Then, Bischoff said Anderson could have his job back if he wrestled Nick Patrick on next week's Nitro.  Randy's wife told him not to, because of his medical condition.  Randy agreed to wrestle to provide for his family.  Dallas Page came to the ring and wouldn't leave until "something happened".  Sting & Randy Savage came to the ring, with Sting shoving Page with the bat.  Savage and Sting left the ring together.  Roddy Piper came to the ring, arguing with Hulk Hogan, who appeared via satellite.

1.  WCW Cruiserweight Champion Dean Malenko defeated WCW U.S. Champion Eddie Guerrero via countout when Guerrero left the ring to prevent Syxx from stealing the U.S. Title belt.

nWo member Bubba Rogers was found unconscious on the ground as the nWo arrived.  Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, & Syxx came to the announcers' booth and gave them a tape which they said would prove their innocence with the car accident.  The tape of the Steiner Brothers in a car accident was shown.  Syxx filmed it from the backseat of the Outsiders' car.  The Outsiders pulled up alongside The Steiners and ran them off the road, with the car flipping over.  It was announced that due to the car accident caused by The Outsiders & Syxx, The Steiners would not be able to compete in the four-corners match at Superbrawl VII.  Gene Okerlund suspected that Dallas Page attacked Bubba, his scheduled SuperBrawl opponent.  As Hulk Hogan runs down Roddy Piper, Sting begins to walk to the ring but is restrained by Randy Savage.

7.  Jeff Jarrett pinned Steve McMichael at 8:09 after Debra McMichael threw the briefcase "accidently" to Jarrett (intending for McMichael), and Jarrett hit Steve with it.  Due to the pre-match stipulations, Jarrett became a member of the Four Horsemen.

8.  Chris Benoit defeated Kevin Sullivan in a "San Francisco Death Match" at 8:33 after putting Kevin Sullivan and Miss Jacqueline through a table.  Woman (with Benoit) and Miss Jacqueline (with Sullivan) were strapped to each other at ringside.

9.  The Giant & Lex Luger defeated WCW World Tag Team Champions Kevin Nash & Scott Hall to win the titles when Lex Luger arrived to ringside, tagged himself in, and made Nash submit to the Torture Rack at 8:52.  The Giant then chokeslammed Scott Hall and had the referee make a three-count to ensure the legal man had won the fall.  The title change was nullified the next evening by WCW/nWo Executive Eric Bischoff due to the injured Lex Luger's interference in the match.

10.  WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan pinned Roddy Piper at 10:54 after hitting him with a foreign object handed to him by Randy Savage.  Piper had originally won the match and the title with a sleeperhold at 10:11, but Randy Savage put Hogan's leg under the bottom rope and told the referee that it had been there the entire time.  Savage turned on WCW and joined the nWo during this match.

2.  Jim Duggan pinned Galaxy after punching him with a taped fist.

3.  Hugh Morrus pinned Joe Gomez following the "No Laughing Matter" moonsault.

- Harlem Heat Vs. Lex Luger & The Giant never took place as the nWo came to the ring.  Bischoff demanded the belts be returned, due to Luger's involvement at Superbrawl.  Luger said they'd give the belts back if all the nWo's belts were put up at Uncensored.  Bischoff agreed.  Sting came out and stood in the middle of the ring, with Hogan hugging him.  Sting didn't hug back, but stood with the nWo as the show ended.

Dark Match:  Ernest Miller pinned a wrestler from New Japan Pro Wrestling with a thrust kick off the ropes.

The nWo arrived in a humvee limo.  In a second limo, Dr. Harvey Schiller (president of TBS Sports) and other officials arrived.  Schiller later suspended Eric Bischoff for his abuse of power.  Roddy Piper comes out and says he's giving some men tryouts to be on his team for Uncensored with the crowd deciding who to keep.  Piper made the first opponent tap out.  Piper puts the second man out with a sleeper.  The third man is soundly boo'd even after Piper can't keep him down.  Piper tells the crowd to give him a chance.  They wrestle longer and Piper raises his hand and keeps him, although he is boo'd.  A kickboxing-type wrestler is accepted onto Piper's team, despite the crowd booing.  John Tenta (aka Earthquake, Avalanche, Shark) is the next man.  He gets a few cheers and Pipers makes him the final member of his Uncensored team.  Gene Okerlund interviews Madusa, who wants to fight Luna Vachon.  Vachon and Madusa brawl into the commercial.

First round, one man from each team for five minutes. Second, third, and fourth round, add one more from each team for two minutes. The team with the last man standing wins. If it is someone from WCW, the nWo has to give all the belts back that night and cannot wrestle at a WCW-sanctioned event for 36 months. If the nWo wins, they can wrestle for any WCW title at any WCW event at any time. If Piper's team wins, Piper gets a cage match with Hogan sometime in the near future.

Wallstreet unconscious on the ground.  John Sencio of MTV was brought out to introduce Miss Monday Nitro 1997, Pamela Rogers.  Features the nWo in the closing segment, as they gave Sting an nWo t-shirt to absolutely no reaction by the "Stinger", with Randy Savage "forgetting" Dallas Page's name and Kevin Nash insulting Rick & Scott Steiner.

1.  Dean Malenko pinned WCW U.S. Champion Eddie Guerrero in a "No-Disqualification Match" to win the title at 19:11 after Malenko grabbed the video camera of the interfering Syxx (who came to steal the U.S. Title belt) and hit Guerrero with it.  During the match, footage of a backstage incident where Rick Steiner was "found" unconscious by the nWo was shown.  Steiner would be unable to compete in the main event.

4.  Buff Bagwell defeated Scotty Riggs in a "Strap Match" at 12:23 after Bagwell threw Riggs over the top rope and hung him by the throat with the strap, and then touched all four corners of the ring.

5.  Harlem Heat defeated The Public Enemy in a "Tornado Tag" match to become the #1 Contenders for the WCW World Tag Team Titles after Steve McMichael & Jeff Jarrett interfered and attacked Rocko Rock, and Booker T executed the Harlem Hangover for the pinfall.

6.  WCW Television Champion Prince Iaukea pinned Rey Mysterio at 14:58 after rolling through Mysterio's springboard hurancanrana to get the pin.  The match went into "overtime" after the time limit originally expired.

Gene Okerlund interviewed Arn Anderson.  Anderson said he had been holding off on neck surgery until the Horsemen got everything together, and now he was feeling the injury.  He wanted to "wipe the slate clean" with Kevin Sullivan, who had been having going through tough times during the past nine months with his son Ben.  Four Horsemen leader Ric Flair blamed Roddy Piper for his team's loss at Uncensored and claimed Piper "dropepd the ball".

11.  WCW Television Champion Prince Iaukea fought Randy Savage to a no-contest when Dallas Page and the nWo interfered.  Savage was granted this match as a result of the nWo's ability to challenge for any title at any time.  Kevin Nash, Ted DiBiase, Syxx, Vincent, and Nick Patrick represented the nWo run-in.  Nash, on the way to the ring, flashed the "Kliq" hand signal and said "Right back at you, HBK!"  This was a nod to Shawn Michaels of the World Wrestling Federation giving the hand signal at WWF's WrestleMania 13 Pay-Per-View.  Page and Iaukea were both beaten down and spray-painted as the show ended.

The nWo, with Hollywood Hogan and Scott Hall noteably absent, arrived at the arena.  The nWo members at the arena would later be seen arguing backstage about a lack of leadership.  Ric Flair insults Roddy Piper until confronted by Piper in the ring, where the two work out their differences and decide to stand together as a unit.  Akira Hokuto jumped Madusa during an interview segment.  Kevin Nash & Syxx ran off the announcers at the end of the show.  Nash bashed Hollywood Hogan for attending a movie premiere while the nWo fought against WCW, and said that Scott Hall was dealing with personal problems more important than wrestling.

1.  Lex Luger & The Giant defeated Rick Fuller & Roadblock when Giant pinned Roadblock after a chokeslam.  Harlem Heat attacked Luger & Giant after the match.

Scott Hall was not at the show due to personal reasons.   Kevin Nash was forced to defend the WCW World Tag Team Titles by himself.  Later, Scott Steiner was arrested backstage for attempting to attack Kevin Nash and hitting a WCW official.  Nash announced he'd defend the titles in a singles match with Rick Steiner but wanted Nick Patrick as the referee.

1.  Rey Mysterio, Jr. pinned Ultimo Dragon with a hurancanrana.

2.  WCW Women's Champion Akira Hokuto pinned Madusa after Hokuto fell on top of Madusa for the pin when Luna Vachon interfered and clipped Madusa's knee during a powerbomb attempt.

3.  WCW Television Champion Prince Iaukea pinned Lord Steven Regal with a hurancanrana.  Regal attacked Iaukea after the match.

4.  The Public Enemy defeated Steve McMichael & Jeff Jarrett (with Debra McMichael) when Johnny Grunge pinned Jarrett after Rocco Rock hit Jarrett with McMichael's steel briefcase.

5.  Chris Benoit (with Woman) defeated WCW U.S. Champion Dean Malenko by disqualification following interference from Kevin Sullivan, Jimmy Hart, Miss Jacqueline, and Arn Anderson.  During the end of the bout, Miss Jacqueline attacked Woman.  Jimmy Hart came out to steal the title belt.  Eddie Guerrero (with his arm in a sling) confronted Hart.  Arn Anderson came to the ring and attacked Malenko.  Kevin Sullivan came into the ring and attacked Benoit with a kendo stick.  The Dungeon of Doom then forced Eddie (with the U.S. Title) back to the locker room.

6.  Kevin Nash (with Ted DiBiase, Syxx and Vincent) pinned Rick Steiner after a fourth "Snake Eyes" onto the exposed turnbuckle corner and a "Jack-Knife" powerbomb.  The WCW World Tag Team Titles were defended in this match by Nash.  Ted DiBiase left after Nash refused to stop delivering the "Snake Eyes" to Steiner on the exposed turnbuckle ring.  Nick Patrick refused to make the count for Nash, who wouldn't stop the abuse on Steiner.  Nash threatened him and forced him to count.  Patrick walked out on the nWo after the match.

7.  Lex Luger defeated The Giant, Booker T, and Stevie Ray in a four-corners match to determine a #1 Contender for the WCW World Title after Stevie Ray submitted to Luger's Torture Rack.  Giant seemingly allowed Luger to win the bout and get a title shot at Hogan, tagging the "Total Package" in after having Stevie Ray set up for the Chokeslam.  Lex Luger Vs. The Giant and Booker T. Vs. Stevie Ray took place very briefly during the bout.

8.  Dallas Page pinned Randy Savage in a "No Disqualification Match" after a Diamond Cutter.  nWo referee Nick Patrick actually counted the winning pinfal for Page after Savage piledrove the original referee Mark Curtis.  Nash came to the ring and gave Patrick a "Jackknife" powerbomb.  Savage tried to attack Page's wife Kimberly after the match, but nWo Executive Eric Bischoff stopped him, and Savage instead hit Bischoff.

Features Kevin Nash arguing with Hollywood Hogan backstage as Randy Savage does the same with Eric Bischoff.  The nWo came out, with Nash venting that Hogan's off doing his own thing, and Hogan upset that Scott Hall has gone AWOL.  Cooler heads prevailed, with the nWo presenting a united front, and Randy Savage telling Eric Bischoff that he's on "probation" with Savage.  Ric Flair, Roddy Piper, and the NFL's Kevin Greene came out to discuss an upcoming match with the nWo.  Sting dropped from the rafters and stood by Dallas Page's side at the end of the show, staring down Hogan & Savage.

Dark Match:  WCW Women's Cruiserweight Title Tournament Final:  Toshie Vematsu became the first ever WCW Women's Cruiserweight Champion.

1.  Hugh Morrus & Konan defeated Alex Wright & Psychosis when Morrus pinned Wright after a "No Laughing Matter" moonsault.

2.  Rey Misterio, Jr. defeated Lord Steven Regal via disqualification when Regal refused to break the "Regal Stretch" when Mysterio reached the ropes.  Prince Iaukea made the save for Rey.  Regal attacked him and gave him the "Regal Stretch".

3.  Chris Benoit pinned Ice Train (with Teddy Long) following a DDT after Ice Train and Teddy Long collided.

4.  Kevin Sullivan (with Jacqueline) pinned Hector Guerrero following the Tree of Woe and a double stomp to the chest.

5.  WCW U.S. Champion Dean Malenko pinned Chris Jericho after kicking him in the nose.  Jericho suffered an injury to his face (which bled) and the finish was improvised.

6.  High Voltage defeated Public Enemy when Rage pinned Rocco Rock after a belly-to-belly suplex.  After the match, Public Enemy challenged High Voltage to a "Philadelphia Street Fight" on next week's Nitro.

7.  Harlem Heat defeated Jeff Jarrett & Steve McMichael when Booker T. pinned Jeff Jarrett (with Debra McMichael) after a Harlem Side Kick that McMichael (who came to the ring finally at the end of the match) shoved Jarrett into.

Dillon announced that Eric Bischoff's power in WCW was gone, but his contract allowed him to still appear at shows.  Bischoff came out, and Dillon told him that all the "nWo contracts", except Bubba Rogers and M. Wallstreet's were valid.  Bischoff was irate and left. The nWo came out after a promo for Hulk Hogan's next movie.  Syxx said that Ric Flair was a Buddy Rogers rip-off and "had no sack".  Nash said that the "old-timers" left the young guys behind and pushed their sons.  Nash claimed that The Outsiders had to "dig the business" out of the potholes that guys like Flair & Piper left it in.  Gene Okerlund interviewed Ric Flair, Roddy Piper, and Kevin Greene. Flair taunted the nWo to come out.  The nWo arrived and pointed to the returning Scott Hall, who came out.  The WCW trio easily took out Vincent, Scott Norton and nWo Sting.  The rest of the nWo attacked as the show ended.

2.  WCW Cruiserweight Champion Syxx defeated Rey Misterio, Jr. via stoppage with the Buzzkiller after Scott Hall interfered and hit Mysterio with an "Outsider's Edge".  J.J. Dillon came to the ring and threatened to reverse the decision when Syxx wouldn't break the Buzzkiller.

3.  Meng fought Lord Steven Regal to a no-contest when Regal attacked Kevin Sullivan outside the ring and a brawl ignited.

Eric Bischoff & Hulk Hogan came out and called out Sting, who did not show.  Gene Okerlund interviewed Sonny Onoo.  Onoo cut a "deal" with Psychosis as he walked by after his match.  Onoo said his "nightmare" for Chono was here.  Madusa came out and put her career on the line for a title shot at the Women's Title at the Great American Bash.  The Wolfpack (Hall, Nash, and Syxx) came out and announced that The Outsiders would put the tag titles on the line against Flair and Piper at the Great American Bash.  Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff came to the ring, and an imposter Sting came up through the ring canvas.  The imposter Sting "worshipped" the ground that Hogan spit on.  The real Sting repelled from and gave the "Scorpion Death Drop" to both Bischoff and the imposter Sting.  As Hogan ran away, the nWo hit the ring, but Sting re-attached himself to the cable and flew back up to the rafters.

1.  Hector Garza, Super Calo, & Juventud Guerrara defeated La Parka, Ciclope, & Damien in a "Lucha Libre (no tags needed) Match" when Garza pinned Ciclope after following up a powerbomb with a standing moonsault.

- The match between The Great Muta (with Sonny Onoo) and Masahiro Chono never began as Muta turned on Onoo, spraying red mist into his eyes.  Muta officially joined the nWo.

5.  The Barbarian pinned Jim Powers following a "Kick of Fear".  Afterwards, a match between Barbarian and Chris Benoit (with Woman) was announced for the next Nitro show.

Dillon said Hall would face Flair later or give up the WCW World Tag Team Titles.  Randy Savage dragged Gene Okerlund to the ring for an interview.  J.J. Dillon confronted Savage and insulted him.  Savage attacked Dillon.  Eric Bischoff and WCW security came out and had to pull Savage off of Dillon.  Bischoff then yelled at Dillon and screamed "you started it!" 

1.  Glacier pinned Alex Wright after the Cryonic Kick.  Mortis, Wrath, and Wright fought with Glacier after the match.

2.  "Buff" Bagwell pinned Joe Gomez following the Buff Blockbuster.

3.  Prince Iaukea pinned Hugh Morrus with a roll-up in less than a minute after Konan attacked Morrus on the way to the ring with a broom.  J.J. Dillon announced that with a win tonight, The Steiner Brothers would become the #1 Contender's for the WCW World Tag Team Titles, much to Harlem Heat's displeasure.

4.  Masahiro Chono & The Great Muta defeated The Steiner Brothers when Muta pinned Rick Steiner with a leg hook after Harlem Heat attacked Rick with a chair.

1.  Public Enemy defeated Jerry Flynn & Mark Starr when Rocco Rock pinned Jerry Flynn after a Drive By onto a table, which the referee was okay with.

2.  Hector Garza pinned Billy Kidman with a corkscrew moonsault.

4.  "Buff" Bagwell pinned Rick Fuller following the Buff Blockbuster.

Dark Match:  Glacier pinned Mortis (with James Vandenburg).  Wrath attacked Glacier after the match.

Dark Match:  Ice Train defeated Damien.

Randy Savage's limo arrives and Dallas Page destroys it, trying to get inside.  Elizabeth slammed the door on Page's injured ribs and it sped away.  Gene Okerlund interviewed Lex Luger.  Luger said that he & Giant would take out Dennis Rodman & Hollywood Hogan at Bach at the Beach.  Luger also announced that J.J. Dillon was forcing Hogan to defend the title against him tonight.  Roddy Piper says the rumors of Flair and he not getting alone aren't true.  It was announced that Hogan's match would be non-title.  The Steiner Brothers brawled with Harlem Heat during an interview.  J.J.Dillon fined Randy Savage $50,000 for his actions the previous week.  He makes Savage Vs. Page at The Great American Bash an "unsanctioned, lights out, no-DQ, falls count anywhere" match.  As both Page & Kimberly and Savage & Elizabeth went to the ring for a fight, the police seperated them.  Jimmy Hart brought The Barbarian and Meng out, as well as Kevin Sullivan.  Chris Benoit came out and brawled with Sullivan, but was soon overcome by the combined Dungeon of Doom's attacks.

1.  Ultimo Dragon, Super Calo, & Juventud Guerrera defeated Psychosis, Silver King, & La Parka in a "Lucha Libre Match" when Ultimo Dragon made Psychosis submit with a Dragon Sleeper.

2.  Alex Wright pinned Chris Jericho using the ropes on a reverse of a flying bodypress.

3.  WCW Women's Chamption Akira Hokuto (with Sonny Onoo) pinned Malaia Hosaka following a brainbuster set up by Onoo distracting Hosaka.

- Steve McMichael Vs. Konan never began as Kevin Greene attacked McMichael from behind on the way to the ring and the two were seperated by WCW security.  Meanwhile, the camera panned back to the ring to find Konan unconscious in the ring, with a broomstick broken over him, with Hugh Morrus the likely suspect.

4.  Lex Luger defeated WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan via submission with The Torture Rack in a non-title match.  After the match, Hogan and the nWo attacked Luger, with Hogan delivering multiple legdrops.

5.  Jeff Jarrett defeated WCW U.S. Champion Dean Malenko via submission with the figure-four leglock to win the title after Eddie Guerrero interfered and hit a frogsplash on Malenko.

6.  Ric Flair and & Roddy Piper defeated WCW World Tag Team Champions Scott Hall & Kevin Nash by disqualification when Syxx interfered.  The entire locker room emptied at the end of the match and each wrestled fought with their nemesis, heading into the pay-per-view.

5.  Steve McMichael pinned Hector Guerrero following a tombstone piledriver.  Kevin Greene attacked McMichael, postmatch.

1.  Ultimo Dragon defeated Psychosis (with Sonny Onoo) in a "Respect Match" when Psychosis submitted to the Dragon Sleeper after Onoo interfered and accidently kicked his new protege.

2.  Harlem Heat defeated The Steiner Brothers by disqualification in a match to determine the #1 Contender's for the WCW World Tag Team Titles when Vincent deliberately interfered and got The Steiners disqualified by dropping an elbow.  The Steiner Brothers beat Vincent up afterwards.

3.  Konan defeated Hugh Morrus via submission with the Tequila Sunrise after Morrus' arm dropped 3 times when the referee checked it.

3.  Glacier pinned Wrath (with James Vandenburg) after hitting him with a chain that Mortis had thrown in the ring for Wrath to use.  Mortis was hancuffed to the ringpost.  Afterwards, Wrath & Mortis attacked Glacier.

4.  WCW Women's Champion Akira Hokuto pinned Madusa in a "Title Vs. Career Match" after a Northern Lights Bomb.  As a result of the pre-match stipulations, Madusa was forced to retire.  Later in the show, with Madusa in tears, a trainer worked on her injured knee.

5.  Chris Benoit defeated Meng in a "Death Match" with the Crippler Crossface, locked in for nearly a minute.  Meng was stretchered out afterwards.

6.  Harlem Heat defeated The Steiner Brothers by disqualification in a match to determine the #1 Contender's for the WCW World Tag Team Titles when Vincent deliberated interfered and got The Steiners disqualified.

7.  Kevin Greene pinned Steve McMichael (with Debra McMichael) after Jeff Jarrett interfered and accidently hit McMichael with the steel briefcase.

8.  WCW World Tag Team Champions Kevin Nash & Scott Hall defeated Roddy Piper & Ric Flair after Hall pinned Piper with the Outsider's Edge.  Flair left the match to chase Syxx to the back and did not return.

9.  Randy Savage (with Elizabeth) pinned Dallas Page (with Kimberly) in a "No Disqualification" match after Scott Hall interfered, Savage hit Page with a tag team title belt, Hall executed the Outsider's Edge on Page, and Savage delivered the Flying Elbowdrop for the pinfall.

Dark Match:  The Steiner Brothers defeated Public Enemy.

The nWo arrive in a limo with Dennis Rodman.  Hogan & Rodman challenge Luger & Giant to a match later.  J.J. Dillon announced that due to the dubious win Harlem Heat scored over The Steiner Brothers at The Great American Bash, there would be a rematch next week on Nitro to determine the #1 Contenders.  Randy Savage came out to talk trash on Page.  Page appeared at a section entrance tunnel in the crowd and challenged Savage to face him and a "mystery partner" at Bash at the Beach.  Gene Okerlund brought out Piper.  Piper questioned why Flair would leave their tag match at the Bash, but Flair came out and responded.  The two traded insults and argued.

1.  Glacier pinned Mortis (with James Vandenburg) following a Cryonic Kick after Mortis and Wrath accidently collided.  Afterwards, Ernest Miller saved Glacier from an attack.

2.  Dean Malenko defeated Chavo Guerrero, Jr. via submission with the Texas Cloverleaf.   Dean Malenko chased the observing Eddie Guerrero to the back after the match.

3.  Super Calo pinned La Parka after a head scissors off the top turnbuckle.

4.  Harlem Heat defeated The Amazing French-Canadians when Booker T. pinned Jacques Rougeau.

5.  WCW Cruiserweigh Champion Syxx (with Scott Hall & Kevin Nash) defeated Rey Mysterio, Jr. via submission with the Buzzkiller.  Nash gave Mysterio a "jack-knife" powerbomb after the match.

6.  Ultimo Dragon pinned Chris Jericho with a Tiger Suplex.

7.  "Buff" Bagwell and Scott Norton defeated Steve McMichael & WCW U.S. Champion Jeff Jarrett when Bagwell pinned Jarrett after Mongo gave Jarrett a tombstone piledriver.

8.  WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan and Dennis Rodman fought Lex Luger & The Giant to a no-contest when Hogan attacked both challengers with the title belt as The Giant was going to chokeslam Rodman at the beginning of the "match", and the nWo ran in, decimating both Luger & Giant.

Scott Hall tonight.  Gene Okerlund interviewed Eddie Guerrero, who isn't medically cleared to wrestle.  He gives Chavo Guerrero, Jr. his match with WCW Cruiserweight Champion Syxx tonight.  Gene Okerlund interviews Scott Norton, Vincent, & "Buff" Bagwell.  Bagwell & Norton are now dubbed "Vicious & Delicious".  Rick Steiner challenges their nWo mates Hall & Nash for next week in Las Vegas.  Gene Okerlund interviews Lex Luger & The Giant.  Luger says all measures will be taken for WCW to win when they face Hogan & Rodman.  Gene Okerlund interviews Piper about the resentment between he and Flair.  Flair comes out and the two argue.  The Horsemen come to the ring.  Flair wants everyone to calm down and leave, but McMichael continues insulting Piper's kilt.  Benoit comments on Piper being around for far too long, and Piper snaps, decking both Benoit & McMichael.  Piper fights off Flair, but gets taken down with a steel haliburton shot to the back, and Benoit applies the "Crippler Crossface" as McMichael & Flair stomp on Piper.

1.  La Parka & Damien defeated The Public Enemy after La Parka pinned Johnny Grunge after a chairshot from behind following Grunge's assisting Rocco Rock in putting Damien through a table at ringside.

2.  Chris Jericho defeated Alex Wright via submission with the "Lion Tamer" (high-angled Boston Crab).  This was the debut of Jericho's "Lion Tamer" finisher.

3.  The Steiner Brothers defeated Harlem Heat (with Sister Sherri) in a "#1 Contender's Re-Match" after Rick Steiner pinned Booker T. after the top-rope bulldog when Booker collided with Sister Sherri on the ring apron.

Gene Okerlund interviewed Ric Flair.  Two of Flair's ladies come out with a mannequin dressed like Roddy Piper.  The ladies make fun of Piper while Flair says Roddy crossed the line last week.  Rey Mysterio, Jr. challenged Kevin Nash to a match.  The Steiner Brothers are interviewed about their title shot.  Hall, Nash, and the nWo come out and give them the contract, which they sign without reading.  The Steiners leave, and Hall has Gene Okerlund read the contract aloud, which states the Steiners must get past Masahiro Chono & The Great Muta at Bash at the Beach before getting a title shot.  A mysterious limo pulls up, apparently with the "impact power player" in it.  Raven (former ECW Champion, previously known as Scott Anthony, Scotty Flamingo, and Johnny Polo) is shown sitting in the crowd, for reasons unknown.  Mike Tenay attempts to interview Raven, asking him questions, but is ignored.  Curt Hennig (formerly Mr. Perfect of the WWF) makes his WCW debut and walked to the ring as time ran out.  Raven climbed over the guardrail and stared at Scott Hall, as well.

1.  WCW Cruiserweight Champion Chris Jericho defeated Juventud Guerrera via submission with The Lion Tamer following a "Super Frankensteiner".  After the match, Gene Okerlund interviewed Jericho, but Syxx interrupted it, and hit Jericho.  The two brawled.

2.  Eddie Guerrero pinned Dean Malenko after a brain buster and frog splash when Malenko became distracted by Chavo Guerrero, Jr. on the ring apron.

3.  WCW Television Champion Steven Regal defeated Hector Garza via submission with the Regal Stretch after Regal pulled his knees up as Garza went for an Asai moonsault.

4.  Psychosis (with Sonny Ono) pinned Super Calo when Sonny Ono grabbed Super Calo's ankle as he attempted to suplex Psychosis into the ring from the apron.  La Parka attacked Calo with Psychosis after the match.  Juventud Guerrera saved Super Calo.

5.  Ric Flair, Chris Benoit, & Steve McMichael defeated "Buff" Bagwell, Scott Norton, & Masahiro Chono via disqualification when Vincent interfered.

6.  High Voltage (Rage & Kaos) defeated Wrath & Mortis when Rage pinned Mortis after Ernest Miller interfered gave Mortis a spin kick from the top turnbuckle.

7.  WCW U.S. Champion Jeff Jarrett defeated Konnan via submission with the figure-four leglock with Ric Flair illegally helping Jarrett get extra leverage.  A post-match interview with The Four Horsemen takes place.  Flair kicks Jarrett out of the Horsemen for causing problems.  Jarrett insults Flair and leaves.

8.  WCW World Tag Team Champion Kevin Nash pinned Rey Misterio, Jr. after a "jack-knife" powerbomb.  After the match, Konan came to the ring and destroyed Mysterio's knee.

9.  Randy Savage and WCW World Tag Team Champions Scott Hall & Kevin Nash fought The Giant, Lex Luger, & Dallas Page to a no-contest when the referee lost control and Hulk Hogan (and later the nWo) interfered.  Sting made the save after the match.

Dark Match:  Glacier defeated Wrath by disqualification when Vandenburg interfered.

Dark Match:  Hector Garza, Silver King, & Juventud Guerrera defeated Psychosis, Villano IV, & La Parka when Garza pinned Villano IV after the standing moonsault.

Dark Match:  WCW Cruiserweight Champion Chris Jericho defeated Syxx via disqualification when Syxx pulled the referee in front of Jericho's top-rope maneuver to avoid it and Syxx was disqualified as he applied the "Buzzkiller" to the champion.
